The 2024 honey harvest was a success! We original planned to harvest honey on July 28th but the rain we experienced that day prevented us from harvesting. We postponed the harvest day by a week and harvested on August 3, 2024. Chris, Kaegan, and David started working about 9:00am and had pulled all the supers off the hives by 10:10. The last of the honey frames was run through the extractor and most of the clean-up was complete by 2:30. Head over to the reservation page and grab your bottle of 2024’s honey harvest.
