When is your honey available?
We harvest our honey in late July. Honey is usually available for purchase by August 1st.
What are your rates?
1 pound glass bottles are $15
1 pound plastic squeeze bottles are $11
8 ounce plastic squeeze bottles are $6
Can I refill my glass bottle from last year?
While you can’t refill your glass bottle from last year, you can return your empty glass bottle when picking up your honey order for a $.50 per pound discount off a pound of honey.
Do you ship your honey?
No. We will have a few assigned pickup times at various locations in the Porter & Kingwood at a location designated by a FortenberryBees Beekeeper
Why do you limit the initial amount of honey we can buy?
There are many people who want to buy honey every year. We want to ensure that everyone who wants honey has the opportunity to purchase at least 1 pound.
As our apiary grows the limits on purchasing will go away.
